| NANO 2293 Vacuum Analysis and Trouble Shooting - 4 credits A course putting into practice topics learned or covered in the Introduction to Vacuum Technology course. An opportunity to read and interpret gages flow meters, work with different valves and pumps, use RGA and interpret data. First exposure to a clean room environment leak.
