• International Students and PSEO: A different application is required if you apply as an International Student or for the Post Secondary Enrollment Options program (PSEO).
  
  
• Application Fee: You will be billed a $20.00 non-refundable application fee by Normandale Community College. In cases of extreme financial need, the application fee may be waived. Contact the Office of Admissions for more information on this policy.
  
  
• Transcripts: Arrange to have your official high school and college transcripts sent directly to the Office of Admissions. Note: An official transcript bears the institution’s seal and the original signature of the registrar.
  
  
• Course Placement/Test Scores: You are encouraged to submit results from the ACT Assessment. The results are used for academic advisement and course placement. Students applying without the ACT Assessment may be required to take the ACT Compass Test at Normandale.
  
  
• Applicant’s Electronic Signature: An electronic signature is required by all applicants. Misrepresentation of application information is sufficient grounds for canceling admission.
